So here I am as usual making last minute arrangements trying to find hotel accomodations in Helsinki. I'm reading the descriptions and all the hotels mention having a sauna and old ladies who will scrub your back. I can already tell this trip is going to be a lot more fun than Hamar, Norway.

I have found a room at Hotel Fenno for Friday-Monday, still looking for room earlier in the week Tuesday - Thursday. My guess is this hotel doesn't take dogs hence the weekend availability. So I won't be hanging out with any competitors at this hotel.

From what I hear a lot of teams are staying at the Hostel Stadion. This is part of the Olympic Stadium from 1952. Seems like a fitting place to stay for this Olympic spirited competition.

I believe the American Team is staying at the very luxurious waterside Helsinki Strand. Though the names are confusing so I could be wrong. There are several Scandic something or another hotels.
